Did you tried to do a NVRAM reset?

Disconnect all external speakers, select internal speakers, and adjust the volume?

I did a reset to the nvram and it worked like magic! Although it felt like the boot time is slightly longer than when I didn’t have the chime lol but whatever! Thanks guys!
