Startup Audio/Tone

Is there any way to disable the audio/tone that plays when you power up the MBP? Don't mind it too much right now, but could get a little annoying in a classroom setting...

Unfortunately, no...that's what I was thinking also.

Thanks for the suggestion...unfortunately didn't work for me. The developer's site only claims a 60% success rate for my 2.16 C2D MBP. Appreciate the help. Any other suggestions?
