Startup Disk not seeing Vista

Ok, so I installed Vista on to a secondary drive in my First Mac Pro. That died, took the drive out, put it in my new Mac Pro. Everything on the Vista partition works well, but for some reason it will not show up in Startup Disk. The only way I can get to it is to hold down the Option key when I reboot. I guess it's not a big deal, but since Leopard can't see Vista, neither can Parallels. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks!

I would love to hear an answer to this too. I have windows xp installed on my second drive, and that "startup disk" thing in the settings won't see it either. In my case, if I restart and hold option, it won't boot into anything at all... so I have to shutdown and unplug my mac drives, then restart to get into windows.

The windows drive shows up in the finder, so the computer can definitely see / read it... but it doesn't seem to think I can boot into it.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I'm thinking the only solution we're going to get is to go through and reinstall the Windows partition through Boot Camp. I'm not sure it's worth it in my case. Hmmm...
