Startup screen just blinks, won't boot up...

Has anyone see this before? Whenever I plug my Iphone in all it does is blink at the apple screen. See video below.

Any help would be awesome.

Try putting the iPhone into DFU Mode. http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034 I had an issue when I pushed the power button my Original iphone would show the Apple logo for 15 seconds and then restart. It happened when I hit Wipe this iPhone under settings. I never hacked it. But the DFU mode got it working.

Well the iphone will not turn on, that is the problem. I did the steps to put it in DFU mode and I got nothing. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Anything else?
