Not really an issue, just something of note on my 11'' mba

if my mba is charging and i touch the space to the left or right of my trackpad, i can feel almost a vibrating, probably from the static of the charger or something.

As soon as i take the charger out it stops.

Someone care to validate it on theirs? try running your finger in a circle in the space to the left of the trackpad while the laptop is charging (but in use)

Then try again without the charger in, notice the difference?

I have experienced this before. Odd, but not dangerous...

Yes. While stroking the computer with the charger in as you suggested, my MBA desktop changed to the following:
