Stationery removed in Mail?

I noticed that, when composing a new message, the 'show stationery' option is gone. I can't find it anywhere; the only option relating to stationery is 'save as stationery.'

It's definitely there in 10.9. Can anyone confirm?

It's there for me...it's the last icon in the default toolbar icon set.

Nevermind. Did a restart, and it popped back up. Odd, I'll file a bug report.
