I'm on 5.1.1 and tried arrangestatusbar but half of them won't move and the other half snap back after a few seconds. Anybody know of a tweak that actually works good on 5.1.1 to move the status bar icons around?

You need to edit the html file--follow these steps:
/var/stash/Themes.Y8f9n3/LS Nimbus [or 'Frost LS']
Go into the 'Private' folder, cut or copy the 'IconSets' folder, and paste it to the 'LS Nimbus' folder (take it out of the Private folder).
In the 'LS Nimbus' folder, open the file 'LockBackground.html' and modify the following lines:
var locale = 'Ann Arbor, Michigan' <--- change this to your location
var source = 'appleAccuweatherstolen' <--- change this to 'yahooweather'
**Should work normally after these steps.

It's what I use too. One thing I don't like about it is that you can't keep the time in the middle. It has to be either on the left or right.
that's the reason why i still use ArrangeStatusBar even if it's buggy as hell
I have mine setup kinda like on android. Using open notifier icons on the left for notifications.
Arrangestatusbar is too buggy and I hate the fact that the activity spinning wheel doesn't stick to where I move it.
