T TheSjaakSpoiler macrumors newbie Jul 18, 2022 5 2 Jul 19, 2022 #2 this post explains all the details : iMac Intel 24" EMC 2134 and 2211 Diagnostic LED's The 24-inch 2007 and 2008 iMac's have four diagnostic LEDs on the logic board that can help troubleshoot the computer. A little disassembly is... www.ifixit.com LED 1 - AC Power detected LED 2 - Power from the power supply is detected by the main board. If off, something is wrong with the power supply. LED 3 - Mainboard and video card are communicating succesfully. If off, something is wrong with the video card. LED 4 - Videocard and LCD panel are communicating succesfully. If off, something is wrong with the LCD panel. In the thread about the GPU upgrade people mention these leds on several occasions so I presume they are the same for all models. Reactions: Eugen Mezei
