Step 22 and 24

I just typed the commands for downloading the 1.1.3 file and I see that it is down and I see all of the things being downloaded but when it is done my phone doesn't restart, I even turn it on and off. After that I type in the 3 or 4 other commands and still nothing. Can anyone help? Thanks.

EDIT* Sorry I am not on 23 I am on 22, I am on a mac not a PC.

Ok well it finally worked after atleast 10 minutes of just waiting,

I found the over the air method of jailbreaking 1.1.3 perfect. You pretty much dont have to do anything but wait.
