I just installed an updated Adobe Flash player and ever since doing so the videos on my computer come through distorted and flicker. I trusted the source but am unsure how to delete the new download and go back to the previous version of Adobe that I had and that worked just fine.

mount your super duper clone. or try your time machine.

Download the Adobe Flash player uninstaller from the Adobe web site, run it and then reinstall the older version. Of course you will lose all the updated security updates, but even the latest version has security issues! :eek:Adobe:eek:

Problem fixed

First off thanks for the response(s). Learned that some how or other my time machine is not functioning, but think it is a hardware problem. As for the Adobe problem think that somehow or other I might have downloaded a version for windows rather than Safari. Anyway uninstalled it and reinstalled correct version and seems to have rectified the problem.:D
