I'll bet it won't be a very big line. Reports are they're only getting thirty at each store.
I think the interesting part is that he is still running Leopard.

Do you work at a Best Buy? If so, what's the best way of getting one? Should I just camp out there all day for one? lol

Yeh...better be one of the first thirty, and not particular about 16 vs 32 vs 64 gig.

We might not get them in the stores until the 15th, I still haven't heard anything offical, that's why I haven't posted anything yet. If you get there early enough, you will get a ticket, and then you will get somebody line selling you stuff, so be prepared to be bombarded by Geek Squad Black Tie Protection offers... Yeah

I'm going to be broke after buying one of these iPads so even if I wanted to I wouldn't be able to say yes to the Geek Squad... lol.
Keep us updated on what you find out about stock. I sure hope they don't get pushed back as far as the 15th.
No, my wife got lucky and found one someone else she happened to be shopping at. But, I definitely heard how difficult it was to find one there.

If you are in line before the store opens, you will get a ticket... If you are a ticket holder, you have until 12PM to pick up your iPad.
Tickets are only available for the amount of iPads that the store has, therefore if there are 25 ipads, there will be 25 tickets.

But let me recap cause i'm still confused, sorry.
I have to arrive at the store before it opens (for example: 10am, that's when my local BB opens) I then get a ticket. However this is were I get confused, you said I have till 12pm to pick up my iPad 3G, i thought iPad's didn't go on sale till 5pm on April 30th to the general public?
Please advice. thanks!
