The image looks doctored. Check the misaligned jeans. The line doesnt continue beyond the jeans. Also the guy doesnt look like SJ and why would a device stick out like that fom your pants?

Oh and its not a turtle neck either. :D

LOL. Steve, c'mon. Go to the store and get some different clothes (and not the Apple store). Stop dressing up like you're going to MacWorld everyday. Why does he have the same wardrobe? I thought Apple was a mecca for new ideas. Shouldn't Steve's fashion say the same thing?

Steve already using the iPhone??!!

Apparently Steve has been using his iPhone while out and about, this pic is of him at his son's soccer game. This is what the guy who took the photo said

"Yes, the photo is for real, and yes it is an iPhone that he was talking on, or at least it was the same size and shape. He took it out of his pocket to make calls using the touchscreen."

Does anyone else find it strange that he's wearing his "keynote" black turtle neck and jeans? Steve you better watch your back, I know we worship you and all, but don't whip out that bad boy in front of an iPhone fan, you might lose a hand.

Don't know if the picture is real.

But man! would I not like being photographed on such a private event.

I know it happens to movie stars all the time. I am not so sure about CEO's tough. Considering how private he is about his "private life" I am sure these kind of pictures do not please Steve at all.

Yeah man that's totally more likely than his jeans just being twisted or it being a weird angle or the photo being staged.
They totally photoshopped in that man's jeans and are lying about it being Jobs for the fame and fortune that comes with being the center of speculation. With the money they make from this scandal they'll probably buy a yacht and we'll never see them again.

So they saw him talking on the phone, but waited until he put it in his pocket to take the picture??

Please. At best, it looks like some guy in a black shirt listening to an iPod.

No man you're thinking too rationally. Clearly this image has been tampered with in photoshop! There's no way you could just snap a photo of a guy in a black shirt and jeans listening to an ipod, this is the nefarious work of a digital spin doctor.
Game over, photoshop amateurs

Personally I think it was steve, at a soccer game, with Jeans and a black mock on, with headphones connected to ???, but they photoshopped in the fence to illustrate how the establishment has attempted to cage his ideas and ideals, blah blah blah rahtity tah.:D or maybe not.;)

I think the real ? should be, is he wearing Nike+ shoes?

Or does he use New Balance with a Marware Sensor case?

it's a bit difficult to tell from the angle the photo is taken, but i'd say he's definitely wearing the pre-release iPhoneTM socksTM too

 :p

Agreed... we needs us some new stuffs to preoccupy us.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was using one, though. I often have prerelease phones. It's perfectly legal to use them pre-approval as part of the testing process.
