Stickers drawer/ bar

hey, dont know this came up here... but can anyone on ios 11 tell me if that stickers drawer is always there, even when you dont have any stickers activated?

i find this pretty annoying in messages...

Not only is it always there but the editing option doesn’t work yet. It’s so ugly and doesn’t sit well.

and then it's still deactivated next time you re-open messages?

If you are talking about iMessage bar underneath the keyboard, please tell me there is a way to turn it off.
I am not a sticker or iMessage guy. And would like to not have the UI bloating.

I wished you could conpletly deactivate this app drawer in the settings.
