still cant get itunes 5

theres probly already a thread about this but ive tried about 5 times and it says please close itunes even when its closed and i have to log out to make it stop

does anyone have the solution?

Do you have any iTunes controllers running in the menu bar or as a dashboard widget or whatever...?
