Still can't post app reviews 9.0 GM

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

I am on 9.0 GM and I still cannot review apps from the App Store.

Perhaps wait until 9.0 is officially released?

A lot of apps will be updating when iOS 9 officially releases. They probably don't want people writing reviews for apps that still have bugs on iOS 9 until those updates post.

This is done server side. They'll flip the switch once it's officially released.

Rightly so! Why would you want to leave a review for an app that didn't get the chance to be updated yet? That's why they blocked reviews in the first place!
