still getting errors!

I'm still getting error 3004 and 3014 I've been sitting at my laptop for almost 2 hrs now and I'm still stuck any one else still having the same luck ?

Same here. Except iTunes won't even give me an error code. Just the generic "update server could not be contacted message." I can't deal with having the ipsw sitting on my laptop and not being able to actually upgrade!
