Okay, so I'm trying to update my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5 on Windows XP. I've tried downloading the firmware and clicking on both "Update" and "Restore" while manually selecting the firmware. Clicking update gets me error 3002 and clicking restore gives me error 3014 along with clicking update without selecting the firmware. Whenever I google my problem all the posters are from a day or two after iOS 5 came out. They all say to just keep trying. I have been trying to update to iOS 5 since the day it came out. Are Apple's servers still that busy or is something wrong with my computer/iPhone? I've tried updating at least 75 times over the coarse of the last few days. Please don't say to change the host files because I don't have administrator privileges nor can I get them. Thanks
