Still looking for that true RED sports band!

I believe this will be announced at the next show in September. Product RED to match iPhone silicone cases.
 
So many nice colors. Apple sure left the market wide open for third party manufacturers. Surely they knew their bands would be easily replicated with more color options?

I ordered the red Strapped and Co band, should be here tomorrow. We'll see how it feels/compares to the Apple bands and the $6 knock off silicone bands.

I also ordered the yellow Moko band, but that isn't back in stock until next week.

Just got mine from the Amazon locker.

Verdict:

It is significantly 'cheaper feeling' then the official Apple Sport band. It is made of a much softer and more elastic material. The tabs which slide into the grooves on the watch to hold it in place are slightly, a fraction of a mm, too wide.

Overall, I am disappointed with its quality. I would happily pay more then the price of the Apple Sport band for one in my choice of colors as long as it is equal in quality. The search continues for me.

I received the gray one today, and really not too bad at all. Super comfy, super soft, maybe a hair thinner....but fits like a glove and nice color...overall good with it....red comes tomorrow!

The more I wear it the more coral it looks. I wore it into an Apple Store yesterday and its like only a shade darker. http://www.the-glass-co.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/Shades-of-red.jpg I would say Apple's is the first, the Strapped & Co is the 2nd and I'd much rather have the 3rd or the 4th shade. I would think the OSU fans could even want the 5th one.

I'd still prefer something darker. I'd say Apple's is #2, the new Moko is the 3rd and I'd like the 4th of 5th. I did order the Indigo and Orange and should have it in a couple days. http://www.color-hex.com/palettes/2538.png
