Khomo companion in the charcoal grey back cover matches the ASK perfectly. I have it and I am very happy with it.
I am using the one from the Apple Store with mine. Tech 21 Impact Clear. Works very well with both, pencil holder is pretty tight for my taste but other than that it is pretty much perfect.
