Still new to jailbreaking, how can I change just 1 icon?

I jailbroke my 3G earlier in the week and it is working great. I downloaded biteSMS and I really like the program, but I have 1 complaint. I'm so used to looking for a green icon for SMS and now it's pink. How can i just change that icon to green? I'm not sure if I need to use SSH to do it but I have no experiance. Thanks for any help!

Yes, you will need to SSH.

To change just one icon, you will need to create a theme, and add the icon that you would like to replace in an icon folder.

Here is the specific information for theming an icon.
