I know it's a small gripe, but come on. That was the ONE thing that I wanted, and I have a feeling i'm not the only one.

maybe apple is planning a big feature for maps.

Yep, I left feedback for apple. After reading that they acquired C3 technologies one can only hope that maps will go over a MAJOR overhaul.
