Hey guys,

I bought a 2.16 C2D stock 2 days ago, and I was very indecisive about the screen. If I open it up, use it, and decide that I'd rather have a glossy screen, would apple allow me to return the computer no questions asked? Or would it need to be unopened in order for them to accept the exchange? Also, when I get it, do I plug it in right away, or let the battery run out first? Thanks.

If you open it you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, all exchanges and returns have to be made within 14 days.

As far as the battery, I don't think it matters. I would plug it, charge it, then drain it as to calibrate.

a) You can get a refund minus 10% 14 days after your product has arrived, no questions asked. If it has a minor flaw, try get it called DOA, as that will increase chances of Apple replacing the unit.

b) Plug it in, make it run down until it shuts down to sleep, recharge fully. You have calibrated the battery and it will work much better that way.
