Stock and weather widgets via banners, where are they?

I see in iOS5 I can turn on the Weather and Stocks widget in notifications for them to show up at the lock screen, but despite having them both be set "on" I'm not seeing these two widgets on the lock screen. Is this an iPhone 4S only feature or does it work in iPhone 4 as well? How do I enable it?

I can't see anywhere on that page that shows the widgets showing up on the lock screens? I don't think you can do it.

Yeah, it's a notification center feature. Won't show up on the lock screen.

Oh... hrmm. So is the notification center an iPhone 4S only feature or will be it available on iOS 5 after the 12th?

Notification Center is in iOS 5

Oh... I'm an idiot then. I've been trying but failed to see it. Now it all makes sense. =)
