iPhone Stock app crashes need help

I installed the ios 7 jb and everything worked fine . I then started to install a few tweaks and I randomly put on my phone and safari and the weather app keeps crashing . Everything else seems to be working . I started to remove almost all the tweaks and it still crashes

Phone : iphone 5S
ios 7.0.4

If anyone can offer assisstance that would be great .

Will upload pics of the tweaks I currently have installed on Cydia when I'm on my computer , pics don't wanna upload on tapatalk .

If you have Xcon installed, remove it.
It will cause the issue you have on 5S
