iPhone Stock App Stops Updating

I've noticed that the Stock App on my iPhone stops updating shortly after the market closes. It will show an At Close price and an After Hours price. Is this normal? Since stocks prices don't stop changing after the market closes, you'd think this app would continue to show the changes.
