iPhone Stock Weather app won't take changes

Has anyone else had the stock weather app not keep the new places added to the stock weather app. I change the Cupertino and New York and add new places to it. I never reboot the phone, it will keep for awhile and then will go back to cupertino and New York without me doing anything to the phone, It's not right away not sure how long it takes but it will do it overnight. :mad:

I am at 6.1 with evasi0n Jailbreak.
