My iPhone 5s got stolen. I did have Prey installed, but unfortunately my phone doesn't seem to be registered with Apple (here for instance: https://supportprofile.apple.com/).

I did regularly sync my phone with iTunes though, I assume the serial number should be there somewhere? Anyone know if I can get the serial number (to report as stolen) from iTunes 12?

I do have a 15 digit number I can see when I log in to Net10, who I had service with--but I think that's the SIM #?

Open iTunes then go to preferences and in this screen mouse hover over the device and you will see the serial number.

Thanks Weaselboy! I called Apple and they said there was no way to find the serial number since I hadn't registered the phone. But what you described worked like a charm.
