About a month ago, while I was travelling by boat from Athens to Crete (Greece), my
MacBook Pro was stolen from my bag. The details are not really important but what I
wanted to share with you is that when I realised it, and tried to locate it through "Find me"
(via my iPhone), the last known location was more than 15 days old.
Before traveling to Crete from Athens, I spent around 15 days in mainland Greece, working
different projects with my laptop (so I did connect to the interent and the bluetooth was always on).
How can it be possible that the last location was Belgium, the place I left to travel to Greece?
Another fact: After realising the theft, I locked the MacBook Pro through "Find me". Up until last week,
the location was still the one in Belgium. Last week, the location became unknown.
Any thoughts on the whole situation will be highly appreciated. Not that I will ever find the laptop, it's
just so strange that "Find me" didn't really work as it was supposed to.
