Stop automatic backup everytime i connect

hey everyone, just got a new iPad, loving it, especially with CineXPlayer, but using this app increases the backup times a considerable amount, is there anyway to stop backups altogether (except for when it backs up with a software update)? regards, skate71290

Apple really need to sort this out. I ran a sync last night before applying the latest patch. It took FOUR HOURS TO SYNC! How is that even vaguely acceptable? Do the Apple engineers actually bother to try backing up their own iPads?

Bah! Still love my iPad tho
