hi there, my wife's iCloud email keeps putting important emails into junk and naturally she does not know she has then received them. Is there any way to stop iCloud doing this and to tell it certain emails are not junk and should go to the inbox?

Thanks.

Moving the message from the Junk folder to the Inbox is supposed to teach the iCloud Mail system that it was incorrectly identified.

iCloud: Manage junk mail

More of a problem is getting used to being active with the Junk folder: Checking it regularly and deleting what is actually Junk, unsubscribing to legitimate marketing, and moving the incorrectly identified mail to the Inbox.

It'll be easier to do this in iOS if you add the Junk folder to the main Mailboxes list in Mail.

Mail>Mailboxes>Edit>Add Mailbox...>youraccount>Junk>Done>Done>move the folder up or down>Done
