iPhone Stop iOS 13 from nagging to upgrade

Hi all,

I do not want to upgrade my iPhone to iOS 13 yet.

Is there a way to stop iOS from nagging me to upgrade? Is there also a way to delete the red badge on the Settings icon?

Once the red badge is there, if the update has been downloaded, go to Settings, General, Storage and delete the update there.

Doesn’t allow me to download the file. DNS cloak downloads fine, the other files don’t install regardless of content blocker turned on or off

I downloaded the txt file on Mac, saved it in iCloud and then, on iPhone, navigated to it after clicking Pick Blacklist files...
