stop Parallels from deactivating bootcamp every time I use it.

if I open my BootCamp my partition in Parallels, 2 things happen. the bootcamp drivers brick themselves so if I boot back into Windows the drivers are broken, and Windows deactivates. it reactivates if I boot back up to it, but it is still annoying.

how can I fix this?
