Wow. EVERY single time a thread pops up about the upcoming macbook or the macbookpro, there are always those few people who preface all of their statements with "I hate the name, ibook sounds so much better..". We get it, we know a lot of people don't like the new name. You will get used to it, it is NOT the end of the world. My god, do you people really have to say you don't like the name every time a thread pops up about the computer?

Here is a novel idea: Let's judge the computer on what features it has, its price, and its value. In the long run, the name doesn't matter, as long as it does what you want it to do.

What's in a name?

I totally hate the name Macbook.

Here's a novel idea, who cares either way about others disliking a name?

Here's a novel response: Because your point is being belabored to the point of absurdity. We heard you the first 34 times.

this is, officially, the angriest MacRumors discussion I've ever seen.

everyone calm down - hug your mac for a little bit, that'll relax you.
