I only want text replacement on my phone. Not on my laptop running Yosemite.

How do I stop iOS from syncing text replacement to my other devices?

I have read that I can turn of iCloud data and documents on my laptop, but that option isn't in my iCloud prefs page.

if you just want to disable text replacements, just right-click in any textfield and choose the according option

Is that system wide? It looks like your screen shot is in an app.
no, seems like it's...well, textfield-specific. if i disable it in the Safari address bar, it will remember the choice for a new tab, but if I disable it in the macrumors search textfield, the choice will be reset in a new tab. inconsistent behaviour, one might say.

edit: disabling it in one Messages conversation disables it for all conversations....
