Hi, when I open up my about this mac storage it shows me that photos takes 78gb movies 14 gb but I have deleted them all because I had a few users in this pc and deleted 2 of 3 users, now I have one user with all the files deleted from other users but storage keeps showing files are are deleted now, how can I fix this?

That readout gets data from Spotlight and if the Spotlight index is corrupted those numbers will be off.
Try running the command below in Terminal then wait for Spotlight to reindex and check the storage readout again.
