Storage Usage - How much, really?

iPad Air 2 128GB on 11.2, Beta 2 - Under Settings->General->iPad Storage it says "81.6GB of 128GB Used". The Status 3rd party app says "98.4GB Used, 29.6GB Free". The SInfoCheck 3rd party app says "28.2GB Free of 122GB Total". How do you find actual numbers?
