Store button in Music app

Was there always a Store button on the top left in the Music app? I could have sworn it wasn't there in iOS4. I always click it when I'm going back to the main menu and it's annoying it's like they're tricking you into going to the apple store because they put it where the back icon is

It's new but it only shows up when you get back to the start (artists, albums...etc)

It wasn't there before, and it's annoying because it's located in the same place as "previous" button, so usually when clicking many levels back using "previous" button, I'll accidentally click "store" button as well.

The same happened to me "back, back, back....huh...how did i get to the store?" It's quite handy though. There's one to get back to Music from the store too.

It's very annoying, especially when you're somewhere without 3G coverage in which case you get a popup to notify you of that ...

I turned off the iTunes store completely under "Restrictions" which prevents this issue. Sure, I can't buy music anymore on my iPad and iPhone but that's a small price to pay.
