straight to voicemail

my wife has a strange problem with her iphone 5c. a lot of times when her boss calls it will automatically go to voicemail. and even stranger is there are two different phone numbers she will call from, each time it will go straight to voicemail. im thinking she must be pushing an extra button that triggers voicemail on my wife's iphone.

Just her boss and no one else? Perhaps those numbers are blocked somehow?

yeah, and get this, it will do it from two different phone numbers she calls from. yet if a automated call comes for one of the numbers it wont do it.
