Hello,
For the last week I have been battling with some strange things going on with my Apples account.
I have been receiving emails regarding genius appointments (in other states), iMac support calls (I don't own and iMac), Password help for mail (really caught my attention), and today I noticed some devices missing off my device listing under My Devices.
I noticed my apple pay for a few of my cards stopped working. When I went to review my card used for iTunes I noticed someone elses name, address and phone number.

I have called apple and they played it off with the possibility of someone have a somewhat similar email account and phone number.
Phone number sure but no way my icloud or itunes accounts could be remotely similar.

Anyone experience this and if so what did you do to fix it?

TIA

Sounds like someone's trying to access your account. Make sure two step authentication is on and change your password asap

Thank you.
I spent the morning doing just that.
