Strange address search suggestion iPhone 7P

I noticed some strange search suggestion on my iphone. It's not the first time. I'm running 10.3.1 for now.

It appears to be Indonesian address. Where it comes from?

I went to weather.com on my iPhone 7 Plus after updating to 10.3.1 and it gave me the address of the Weather Channel Corporate office in Georgia, I'm in SoCal. Its now stuck. I can't get rid of it, so I turned off Siri suggestions in spotlight search. Definitely an annoying bug.

  Sounds like maybe Siri Suggestions is having server issues.

It's a Singapore address. It could be something on Apple's side, or some suggestion based on your history.
