Strange Apple TV Problem

My Apple TV will play just fine for about 5 minutes, regardless of what app I am using. After about 5 minutes, my tv screen starts flashing an odd pink color and the Apple TV stops working. This started about a month ago and does it every single time. I have had no changes to my wifi and the signal is strong. Any ideas?

Now I'm stuck for awhile because once it starts doing it, it continues....even after I turn everything off, unplug it....doesn't matter. It's baffling.

With a little more help from Google, it looks like my problem is more in my tv. Samsung and Apple TV seem to have issues. I still haven't been able to fix it, so if anyone is familiar with the issue with Samsung, I would appreciate some advice.
