I am sick of seeing this in my mail. If everything is synced in mail, why have dual categorizations with on my mac and on mobileme in say notes or drafts?

I don't get it, and I plan to reset my account details in mail to try to resolve this.

Anyone else here guys encountered this?

Thanks. Yes I save them on server.

Still can't explain the behaviour of notes and to dos, appearing within subfolders as "on my mac" and "on mobileme"....

This does. Check where you're saving them, then move them all to the one location.

I have it set to "account of selected mailbox", I should switch it I guess to "myname"@mobileme.

Thanks a lot, you 've been very helpful. :):apple:
