Guys, any help or advice is appreciated here.

I got a txt from AT&T telling me that I was using a lot of international data roaming. I checked out my bill online and found that there was around 37 mb of international roaming going on. So, I called AT&T and got a less-than-helpful person on the phone who said that the charges would be removed on my next bill and that it was an error on their end. Just to be sure, I went to their site and sent in an email explaining what was going on and asked them to look into it as well.

I received an email back from them saying the following: "We show under your unbilled data usage that data was used in the Island of Turks and Caicos. These data charges along with accessing your voicemail are valid charges. "

This is where it gets interesting. I've never been out of the country. I live in KS, USA. The closest I've been to there is Florida. I emailed them back and told them this information and that I had no intention to pay for it since I've never been there.

Has anyone else seen anything like this before?

Here is a rundown of my OS.
July, did the benm.at carrier update to get tethering.
3.0.1 - jailbroken. Then installed an app that crashed my phone. Installed 3.0.0 OS and ran on it. About the time I did this is when I started to get the txt messages and emails from them (approx 2 - 3 weeks ago).
Today updated to 3.1. Yes it broke my jailbreak but I didn't have a need for it anyway.
The carrier seems to have stayed as I still have the tethering option.

If anyone has any constructive advice I would appreciate it.

Thanks
