Hello Everyone, hoping someone can help me here.

I recently upgraded to Mountain Lion and all my save dialog windows are super wide and skinny. I have tried various options to resize but nothing saves and holds.

Any thoughts?

long and skinny....as in long width and short height?

Here you go:

I hate to ask the obvious, but what did you try? Drag a corner to adjust it?
If nothing holds, then I would repair permissions as well.

Yup, it resizes just fine, but when I go to save immediately after, back to this.

Also I repaired permissions as well, as always when stuff like this happens.

I'm at a loss then. Since it is system wide.
Have you made a test account to see if it happens then or is it specific to your account?

Hm...Tested a test account and its not doing it for there!

Any thoughts? Suddently Adobe is not doing it so it seems to be a Quark issue?

I was going to recommend trashing any Quark plist files but you said it was system wide. Or at least you said "ALL". Is this only happening in Quark and Adobe?

Well by All, I meant all my save dialogs...so for everything I used I noticed it.

But since posting this it seems Adobe fixed itself after playing around so I was just left with Quark. I will try the plist files right away.

Well, it seems to be account specific, but if Adobe fixed itself on its own, I am not sure. Deleting .plist files might help with specific apps, but not all. I'm not sure.
