Hi everyone -
I just got my C2D MBP yesterday - and this is my first mac. I'm loving it.
I do have a question about something that seems a little odd.

If I grab a window and move it across my screen, the window doesn't stay completely together.
It's hard to explain, and screenshots wouldnt capture the problem...
But if I drag a window across the screen, it seems like either the top part or the bottom part doesnt move right along with it.... and if I move it all across the screen, it is sort of a wave- moving from the bottom up.
Does this make sense?
Can anyone else with an MBP see if this happens with theirs?

Or, has anyone heard or seen this before?

I can take some video tonight if I am not clear enough... but please, let me know if this is an issue or if it is common!
Thanks!

Does it do this the first time you move a window or does it do it the whole time you're dragging a window? Try dragging a window and see if it jumps, and then drag a window and move it around the screen to see if it stops. OS X is a very graphics-intensive OS, could just be a normal issue with the OS.

Hmm...
Well, I realized that it doesn't do this now that I've unplugged the DVI cable..
(I was running this into a 24" dell LCD)

So, I guess it probably has something to do with that....

Now that its unplugged, it doesnt do anything.

Is there anything special I need to do to configure an external display??
