Strange Dock Bug In ML

I restarted my computer because i had to to access the internet on at my university. when i restarted it, the dock looked like this. has anyone had this problem before?

Randomly my dock locks up. Just kill the dock process and it starts working again.

yeah right after i posted this, i went back to the desktop and the dock was back.. weird
