I have very odd freezing behavior (in the exact same spot).

I recently updated to 1.01 and reconfigured my wireless network at work. My phone was working fine until yesterday with 1.01, the day I reconfigured my wireless router.

After a while, when you turn wake it the wake screen with the slider will come up, and the text within the slider will do it's little "rolling flash" once, and then 10% from left to right and stop. The phone will be unresponsive and the wake will time-out and the screen will go blank. The only way to get it back will be to turn it off and back on again....where it will work for a while and crash.

I also noticed some odd behavior. I changed my wireless network at home, which is an elderly Linksys wireless B unit to not broadcast. My iPhone can no longer "remember" it and I have to manually connect. This is in contrast with my MacBook Pro, which seems to remember to look for it no problem. I changed my wireless router back to broadcast and the iPhone still doesn't "remember" it.

I just did a full restore so we'll see but I'm wondering if anyone else has the same freezing issue.

Stephen

Mine did it too. It also likes to freeze sometimes when I get a call-- the slider freezes. I do mutiple restores a day (atleast 2)--and still no fix :(

Mine too

i work at an office with an "mac addressed" wireless network. all the people that have updated their iPhone have this same problem.

i spoke with the local the apple store and they had nothing.

my iPhone is great at home with a standard airport network but it totally bricks at work. i can't even use it, it locks up so much.

i can only hope the next update takes care of this.
