Strange IOS 11 bug

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but I have the iPad Pro 10.5 inch..and every time I update my iPad to a new firmware(Today with the new firmware release and the same thing happened a few weeks ago with the other firmware release) my iPad volume control will NOT work..clicking on it nothing happens..but when I turn off the iPad and turn it back on the volume goes back to working properly..not sure why this occurs. I dont just update the firmware I do a full restore and install the firmware from scratch just like Ive always done
