Strange mail sound

Does anyone else's email alert sound have a weird hiss sound after it plays -- BING, then a quick sisss

The only strange email I have heard on the new phone is when battery is low thw alert sound seems to be new.

Everything else sounds exactly the same as before.

My sound is normal. Does tbe text or ringtone sound strange? How bout music?
