Strange photo app happening

Last night, I opened photos and oddly enough, "Camera Roll" was stuck behind the "Albums" title.

It wouldn't let me press "Camera Roll". What gives, right?

I rebooted it and that seemed to fix the problem. But has anyone else experienced this?
